Fashion Model Photoshoot

A series of fashion photographs featuring two models in various pieces, captured at the Auckland Botanical Gardens. This series uses photography as a medium to represent the creativity that went into each of these fashion pieces. Fashion clothing designed by Neve Sutherland.

The shoot

Shot for Neve Sutherland's capstone fashion project. The task was to photograph the garments in a way that carried the same intent she had put into making them, so environment, pose and angle were chosen deliberately against each piece rather than applied as a single house style. The result is an artistic read of the collection rather than a straight catalogue record.
